I would recommend this for anyone.Top 25 Things To Do In Broken Bow & Beavers Bend The staff checked in to make sure everything was good. After I took another quick shower, got dressed and wandered into a small lounge they have for a cup of tea. It is difficult to describe the amount of time in the tank, it didn't feel quick or slow. At the end of the session the music starts and the light comes on. At first I could hear my heart beating but that faded after a bit. I was completely relaxed without feeling as if I would fall asleep. ![]() I took me a short time to calm down and just relax. It is dark inside, eyes wide open and you still can't see anything dark. The soft music continues for about 10 minutes after you close the lid. Cautioned me about getting the float water in my eyes ( I wear contacts, which I removed for the session), pointed out the intercom and left me to get ready So after a quick rinse in the shower. The attendant explained how to turn on the interior light and music. ![]() I was shown to my private room, with a shower in the corner, and of course, the "pod". Nothing seemed rushed, everyone was friendly and relaxed. After that was done, I had a quick tour of the entire facility, That helped a lot. Just reading about the float spa can make it seem a bit unusual or intimidating. First you get an Ipad and some head phones for a short orientation video. I was greeted by the owner and one of the massage therapists. The reception area has dim lighting and soothing music. Once inside I could barely hear the noise. As I approached the front doors, there was construction going on nearby, very loud. I arrived for my appointment ( first timer special). I drove 2 hours for this and am NOT ready to leave. This was a 5-star "Experience"! My first but certainly not my last. This is cool because when I first came in I thought someone had left their tablet and headphones charging on the lobby couch. Oh and prior to your float, they provide you a quick video while in the main lobby that explains all the caveats of a serenity float. Afterwards, I will use their Vanity Room to blow-dry my hair and lotion up. I'm actually writhing this review as I sit in their Post-Float Lounge drinking tea. ![]() Ear plugs a neck doodle face cloth, wash cloth & towel a tap light inside the float pod in addition to a spray bottle in case the salt water gets in your eyes. Within your own private float room, there is a shower area where the showers head lights up corresponding to the water temp (genius). I love how every little care and consideration is provided. I truly needed this experience! And it is truly an Experience!!!
